The Office of the Director of Schools provides leadership and direction for every school, program, and employee in Oneida Special School District. Appointed by the Board of Education, the Director of Schools carries out board policy, oversees daily district operations, and makes sure our schools meet state and federal requirements. Working alongside principals, department leaders, and support staff, the Director’s office keeps the focus on what matters most: a safe, supportive place where every student can learn and grow. Our team also serves as a link between the district, our families, and the community, and we welcome your questions and ideas.

The Finance and HR Department manages the essential resources and talent that power our school’s mission. By combining strategic fiscal stewardships with a supportive professional enviornment, we ensure our educators have the tools they need and our institution remains built on a foundation of transparency and growth. We work behind the scenes to ensure that our schools have the tools and infrastructure needed to create engaging, 21st-century learning environments. Our Coordinated School Health and Family Resource Center is dedicated to bridging the gap between wellness and education. By integrating health services, mental health support, and essential family resources, we address the "whole child" to ensure every student arrives in the classroom healthy, safe, and ready to learn. Whether providing medical referrals or connecting families with community assistance, we serve as a vital link between home, school, and health, fostering a community where every family has the support they need to succeed.
